About Project

This school is located in Takaung Township and offers education from KG up to Grade 8. It currently has around 370 students. Due to insufficient classroom space, teaching has to take place in temporary shelters under difficult conditions. There is only one proper school building, which was donated by foreign donors. During government examination periods like Grade 4 and Grade 8, the head monk accommodates the students overnight and intensively coaches them for the exams. To provide a better, well-lit, and more comfortable learning environment, a school building with five classrooms was donated.
