Although the Ma Har Thu Kha Than Pat Ti Monastery School has been established for 7 years, it still does not have its own school building. Therefore, the school temporarily rents a Dhamma Hall to conduct classes. Since the building is a rental, it is not possible to partition the rooms, and as a result, overlapping classroom noise during lessons has made effective teaching difficult. In response, the principal monk applied to the Pann Thee Foundation for a school building.

An agreement was reached to construct a school building with 8 classrooms. However, at the time of construction, the designated land was found to be underneath electrical power lines, requiring relocation of the construction site.

After the completion of the new building, the number of students rapidly increased to over 330. Consequently, the principal monk wished to expand the curriculum to include Grade 8 and Grade 9. In support of this, an additional one-story school building with 3 classrooms was donated.
