About Project
Thaddhamma Zaw Ti Kar Yone Monestery School is a well-established post-primary school equipped with a library, computer room, and public health clinic. The school currently has over 700 students. Students from Grades 8, 9, and 10 live at the school and attend a nearby government high school for their classes.
Initially, the school had three single-storey classroom buildings, which had become old and deteriorated over time. In response to this, a two-storey school building with six classrooms was donated.
As the student population increased to over 1,100, the need for additional classrooms arose. Consequently, a second two-storey building with six classrooms and, in the third phase, a two-storey building with four more classrooms were donated — totaling 16 classrooms across three new school buildings.
